Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Sam Stopford Sackville and I provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy in the quiet village of Lowick, near Thrapston in Northants. My aim is to support you with whatever brings you to counselling and help you find ways to cope, find clarity and improve your wellbeing.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision to make and so I suggest that we meet for one 50 minute session with no obligation to carry on. This enables you to chat about what you are looking for, your concerns and to see whether or not you are comfortable with me and the way I work.
I have an MA in psychotherapy and counselling and am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) which means that i adhere to their rules and proficiency guidelines. I have undertaken training at Guy's Hospital, London, and worked as a counsellor at a school in Peterborough. When working I integrate many different methods in order to help you make sense of your world, according to what you need and when.
Book a 50 minute introductory session to see how I can help you cope, find clarity and improve your wellbeing.
